Job Description
We represent several of Canada's leading insurers and currently have a career opportunity for a Commercial Account Manager at our Tracadie, NB location.
Responsibilities would include:
- Servicing a book of designated commercial accounts
- Referral based sales and cross-selling
- Accurate and timely preparation of Proposals, Binders, Applications, and Bonds
- Receive, record, and follow up on all customer claims
- Must have a Class 3 Broker License or be willing to obtain one within a specified time frame.
- 3 years? experience in Commercial Lines would be an asset but not mandatory
- Possess strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Be goal oriented with a belief in quality customer service
- Great interpersonal & communication skills
- Be a fast learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- A positive and energetic attitude
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with technology
- Bilingualism considered an asset
