Long Term
:
- Process Bilateral/Syndicate (Agency Administration/Participated Loans) Commercial Loans Servicing transactions within the agreed time-lines & accuracy.
- Understanding of Bilateral Loans and activities - Disbursment, Re-payment processing, Loan Servicing, Interest/Fee Payment, Asset servicing, Agency assignments and transfers, Invoicing of legal fees, Agency fee billing process and other maintenace activities.
- Proficient in Applications such as LoanIQ, ACBS and other required applications in Commercial Lending.
- Reviewing Loan Agreement made between the Lead/ Agent Bank and the Borrower.
- Tracking of the transactions assigned and completion on time.
- Daily Reporting of the activities/transactions processed.
- Reviewing and clearing of the nostro reconciliation breaks
- 2-4 year of experience into Lending Servicing Operations.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Experience with Banks/NBFCs/BPO.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Experience in Operations.
