Commercial Insurance Marketer

Key Responsibilities

Review commercial submissions for accuracy and completeness Underwrite submissions from Account Executives and request additional information as needed Assess customer needs, explain products and coverages, and provide clear recommendations to Account Executives Enter submissions into Policy Works and distribute them to market Negotiate terms and coverages with insurers Prepare and issue commercial proposals and binders Build and maintain strong insurer relationships Quote small business accounts using company portals Collaborate effectively with Account Executives and affiliate offices

Knowledge & Qualifications

Valid

RIBO License

in good standing required Additional industry designations (CAIB, CIP, CRIM) considered an asset Working knowledge of specialty insurance products is an asset Experience with

SIG XP

and

Policy Works

is preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Excellent negotiation abilities Commitment to contributing positively to a team-driven culture

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
