: Go Insurance has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Account Manager in Edmonton, AB. Remote and hybrid options may be available. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business while providing first class customer service.

Become a Commercial Insurance Account Manager with Go Auto!

In this role you’ll be a:

• Subject matter expert - Analyze coverage and identify exposures, recommend coverage options. Process policy changes and arrange renewals, manage coverage inquiries, adhere to underwriting guidelines and agency standards.
• Meticulous Record Keeper - Use of Epic to maintain account documentation (coverage inquiries, certificates, statement of values, schedules). You ensure accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts.
• Insurance professional - You value, build and maintain strong customer and insurer relationships.
• Always learning - You seek out knowledge and ensure you are well informed on industry updates and trends, product information, changes to legislation and new technology.
• It’s in the details: You are a consultant who can identify gaps, seek out appropriate solutions and draft expert submissions

What it takes:

• A Level 2 Alberta Insurance License is required
• This isn’t your first rodeo! You have plenty of commercial insurance experience
