Responsibilities



Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and expand market presence. Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts and partnerships. Oversee B2B sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for business development. Utilize Salesforce for managing accounts, tracking sales performance, and reporting on key metrics. Foster strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients. Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.

Experience



Proven experience in commercial management or a similar role within a B2B environment. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management. Demonstrated expertise in business development strategies and account management practices. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making processes. Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance enhancement. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders. Pay: $35,500.00-$70,000.00 per year
