Position Overview:
We are seeking a
highly experienced Sales Executive
with a strong background in generating business growth. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in the
commercial cleaning or facilities management industry
and a proven ability to secure clients, maintain long-term relationships, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our client base.
Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, property managers, and decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Work closely with management to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum
5+ years of sales experience
in commercial cleaning or related industries.
Strong client network and ability to generate new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Valid driver's license.
