we are seeking individuals interested in the role of

Commercial Fleet Vehicle Manager.

The Commercial Fleet Vehicle Manager, under the direction of Senior Management, will primarily be responsible for fleet sales and business development.

Job Qualifications:



Possess a valid OMVIC License 3+ years of experience in a similar role Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales or a similar leadership role Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent leadership and coaching abilities for sales team development Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and computer applications Possess a verifiable book of business and contacts Deep understanding of commercial vehicle products and market dynamics Proficiency in sales management tools, such as CRM systems Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans A strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving profitability

Job Requirements:



Sales & Business Development



Prospect for new clients and expand existing customer relationships for fleet purchases. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact and negotiation to closing deals and managing customer follow-up. Develop and implement strategies for increasing vehicle sales, gross profit, and overall market share.

Team Leadership & Management



Set sales targets and monitor progress toward monthly and annual objectives for sales, profit, and expenses. Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate recording of sales activities.

Strategic Planning & Reporting

Work with senior management to develop and manage the departmental budget. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) for management. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to support sales initiatives.

Customer & Operations



Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing a seamless purchase experience. Oversee the logistics of vehicle acquisition, delivery, and purchase paperwork. Manage finance and delivery paperwork to ensure smooth transactions for customers.

Skills and Qualifications



Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales or a similar leadership role. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent leadership and coaching abilities for sales team development. Deep understanding of commercial vehicle products and market dynamics. Proficiency in sales management tools, such as CRM systems. Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans. A strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
