Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Glazier to join our expanding team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality glazing solutions for a diverse range of commercial projects, from office buildings and retail spaces to institutional and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:

Install various commercial glazing systems, including storefronts, curtain walls, entrances, interior partitions, and specialty glass.
Accurately read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
Measure and cut glass and related materials with precision.
Set glass into frames and secure it with appropriate sealants, gaskets, and hardware.
Ensure installations meet project specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople, project managers, and site supervisors.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

*Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Glazier.

Strong knowledge of various commercial glazing systems and installation techniques.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings.
Excellent measuring and cutting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Journeyman Glazier) are an asset.
Knowledge of Canadian building codes and safety regulations.
