Position: Flat Glass Installer

Primary Function:

Under the general direction of the Business Owner, the Flat Glass Installer is responsible for the quality and efficient installation of glass in both residential and commercial settings. This includes storefronts, sealed units, mirrors, shower doors, glass railing and general service glazing.

Specific Duties:

Accurately measure on-site Cut flat glass and mirrors to size Install replacement glass in existing systems Install mirrors, shower doors, and storefront systems in new builds and retrofits Use materials efficiently and responsibly Keep a well-stocked vehicle with necessary tools and accessories Prioritize safety at all times Maintain a positive, respectful attitude with customers and coworkers Take good care of company vehicles and tools

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience in the flat glass industry preferred Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specs Physically able to work with ladders, scaffolding, and equipment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to sell services and solutions when appropriate Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively Team-oriented with a professional attitude and appearance

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of

$28 to $42

, depending on experience, plus:
