This position will be responsible for organizing, executing, and documenting the work of 8 - 10 other electricians, over 3 - 4 sites. The prime candidate will have excellent verbal and communication skills and will be effectively organized to coordinate the with both clients and coworkers.

Ensuring customer satisfaction Planning work and organizing material Supervising workers Inspecting work for compliance to electrical code and quality Keep job reports and submit to management regularly Purchasing and organizing material Some on the tools work required 3 years experience as a Journeyman Class 5 driver's license Reliable conduit bending skills Safety orientated Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Licensed Journeyman Electrician in Alberta. Reliable conduit bending skills. Blueprint reading. Excellent communication skills. Leadership skills. Ability to guide and teach apprentices. Some out of town (in AB) and off hours work required. Must be able to lift + transport 50 lbs. Must have a valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation to job sites. Ability to work independently in a busy environment. Experience with routine maintenance operations. Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Able to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail. Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
Working Conditions

Commercial/Industrial environment. Manual dexterity required to use necessary tools. Exercise caution, as the environment presents many naturally occurring hazards. Always adhere to safety policies (wear protective equipment). Hazards associated with the trade. Long periods of standing. Overtime as required.

Pay: $45.00-$48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
