Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated

Site Assistant

to support our construction teams on active job sites. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

Assist site supervisors and trades with day-to-day job site needs Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site Assist with deliveries and material handling Follow all site safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

Clean Driver's Abstract (mandatory) Strong knowledge of construction materials Physically able to lift 75-100 lbs on a regular basis Fluent in English (spoken and written) Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites
