Duties

Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of the workplace, including cleaning and organizing spaces Support various departments with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors as needed Help with inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring stock levels Participate in special projects or events, providing flexible support wherever required Operate basic equipment or tools relevant to different tasks within the organization Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements

Proven ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) preferred Prior experience in a multi-role or generalist position is advantageous but not mandatory Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for fulfilling scheduled duties

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
