AS A PART OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL...

Our Service Technician teams are the face of our company, and we take that seriously. As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service while providing outstanding repair, maintenance and installation services.

As a part of our team, we will support you to:
Respond quickly and efficiently to service calls
Assess and complete repairs accurately and timely
Interact with our customers to ensure their concerns are handled in a professional and courteous manner
Effectively complete work orders
Maintain an orderly and accurate service vehicle parts inventory
Support your team members on preventative maintenance and service calls

TALENTS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Journeyman or 5 years experience in Commercial Food Equipment service
Experience with brands such as Rational, Hardt, and Mastrena an asset
Experience with HVAC and Refrigeration an asset
Minimum Class C or Gas Appliance Certificate (Class A/B preferred)
Electrical troubleshooting skills
A strong interest in the HVAC & Refrigeration trade is beneficial as we will support and mentor your apprenticeship goals
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to support and resolve customer concerns
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Able to work independently and follow company procedures
Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written
Valid Class 5 license with clean driving record
On-call rotation for after-hours service
Occasional day trips to nearby communities and towns or longer-term projects

Pay: $40.00-$52.00 per hour
