Journeyman RV Technician

Wild Mountain RV is looking for an experienced Journeyman RV Technician to add to our team. You must be a Journeyman with at least 4 years of total RV repair experience, working on all years, makes, and models. Wild Mountain RV is an RV repair and Maintenance shop located in SE Calgary (just off Stoney and Peigan). We are looking for a qualified candidate who shares our very high standards of customer service and quality workmanship, who wants to advance their RV knowledge and technical abilities, and are willing to help mentor apprentices along the way. Only Journeyman RV Technicians will be considered.

Term and compensation:

- This is a full-time permanent position and is available immediately (start date negotiable).

- 40 hours per week (may have the option to work 5-8s or 4-10s)

- Hourly rate (starting wage dependent on experience $37-$40)

- Paid Medical and Dental Benefits (after probationary period)

Primary :

- RV repair and maintenance including: Appliances, Plumbing system, LP system, Electrical system, Exterior body repairs, Interior repairs on a variety of years, makes, and models of all RV types.

- Work with the General Manager and Service Writers to ensure complete customer satisfaction

- Filling out electronic work orders

- Shop cleaning duties

Requirements:

- To qualify for this position, you must:

be a Journeyman RV Technician at least 4 years experience as a RV Technician be a hard and efficient worker have good communication skills be able to work in a team environment be flexible to changing working conditions be in good physical condition - climb ladders, work on RV roofs, bending, and lifting

Other Incentives:

- We do not sell RVs, therefore repair and maintenance is our primary focus - No PDIs

- Work on all types of RVs - all years, makes, models of Pull Trailers, Class A, B, and C Motorhomes, flat decks and cargo trailers - lots of work variety
