Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces. Launder and neatly present linens and towels as required. Communicate with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized service. Organize and manage your schedule to complete cleaning tasks within allotted time frames. Address client questions or concerns with professionalism, maintaining strong customer relationships. Follow hygiene and safety protocols when handling cleaning supplies and equipment.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks. Effective time management to ensure tasks are completed within scheduled hours. Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., French) are an asset. Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is beneficial, though not required. Clear, professional communication skills for interaction with clients and team members. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team when needed.
