A Commercial Accounts Coordinator will be a positive and energetic individual with a passion to work in the automotive auction business. This individual will be directly responsible for working within a team to provide support across various regions. The Commercial Account Coordinator will look after coordination and preparation of vehicles for sale, ensuring proper adherence to policy and procedure. This role will require maintenance of commercial account vehicle inventory, while ensuring information and data provided to different business units are accurate and up to date.
What You Will Do:
• Act as primary Subject Matter Expert in handling Commercial Accounts affairs including the coordination of accounts, defining processes, and developing best practices.
• Continually monitor and manage commercial account vehicle inventory.
• Ensure condition reports are accurately completed on a timely basis.
• Provide vehicle inventory reports as required by the account.
• Make Transport Arrangements of vehicle inventory for clients.
• Monitor mechanical repairs by obtaining authorization and ensuring work orders and invoices are properly posted to the account.
• Assist the commercial account in scheduling vehicles for sale in the auction.
• Provide auction pre-sale listings and ensure vehicle reserves are correct and vehicles are properly placed in the auction.
• Assemble and transmit all required post sale reports.
• Monitor receipt of vehicle registration documents and proceeds payments to the account.
• Maintain a strong customer relationship through regular verbal and written communication and provide timely identification and resolution of issues, preferably before the account has brought them to our attention.
• Process payments and invoices in a timely manner.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable for all assigned commercial accounts.
• Coordinate communications and operations between the account and operational staff in order to manage receipt and release of vehicles and the arrangement of consumer redemptions of vehicles and/or property.
• Provide ongoing assessment of accounts current service level needs and bring any new service needs to the attention of your manager.
What You Will Need:
• High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Post-Secondary diploma or degree in a technical or automotive field preferred
• Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
• Experience in the car auction/auto industry business an asset.
• Automotive knowledge with the ability to appraise vehicles is an asset.
• Strong customer service skills and telephone manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Organized with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Excellent administration skills.
• Experience with commercial accounts, sales and Microsoft Suite.
• Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly.
• Able to follow instructions and work using your own initiative.

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
