At Jayden's Mechanical, we are a rapidly growing HVAC company committed to delivering exceptional heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions for residential clients across Southwestern Ontario. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Comfort Advisor / Outside Salesperson to join our expanding team and contribute to our continued success.

The Comfort Advisor is responsible for conducting in-home consultations, assessing customer needs, recommending suitable HVAC solutions, and closing sales with professionalism and care. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to confidently present product options, pricing, and financing programs. You will work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Conduct in-home visits to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs. Recommend appropriate HVAC systems and prepare accurate proposals based on company standards. Present pricing, financing options, rebates, and promotional programs to customers. Build trust and long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service and timely follow-up. Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless job turnover. Maintain detailed lead activity, sales notes, and documentation in the CRM. Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and evolving company offerings. Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training as required.

Qualifications Include:

Experience in HVAC sales or a related in-home sales field is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a pipeline of leads. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. Valid G-class driver's licence with a clean driving record. Technical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC concepts.
