Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Home Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attending in home appointments as part of our service and maintenance team, providing exceptional customer service and developing strong relationships with clients to offer tailored home solutions. You will engage in outside sales activities, analyze customer needs, and work closely with the technical team to provide ideal comfort solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills and be comfortable using Service Titan for account management. The company will provide a mobile phone and tablet for these functions.

Duties



Conduct ride along visits with our technician workforce to assess customer needs and be present at the moment of market entry when customers desire comfort and air quality solutions. Analyze customer requirements and provide customized home solutions that meet their needs. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Maintain ongoing relationships with customers through excellent account management practices. Utilize Service Titan to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress. Provide Beyond Reasonable customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.

Requirements



Proven experience in outside sales or business development is essential. No HVAC industry experience is required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Excellent negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients. Bilingual in English and any other language is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment. This job requires that you will attend homes every day alongside our service, maintenance, and duct cleaning teams as part of our Beyond Reasonable Service Experience. Access to company leads is contingent on this activity. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
