CSN Champlain Auto Body is seeking a skilled and experienced Collision Repair Planner/Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing accurate repair plans and estimates, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities:

Job Knowledge and Expertise

: + Thorough understanding of collision repair processes. + Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Mitchell, Audatex).
+ Knowledge of parts sourcing and ordering procedures.
+ Ability to accurately read and interpret damage reports.
+ Familiarity with insurance company protocols and guidelines.

Customer Service and Communication

: + Clearly communicate repair details and plans to customers. + Demonstrate professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
+ Effectively manage customer expectations.
+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.

Efficiency and Time Management

: + Provide accurate and timely repair plans and estimates. + Meet deadlines for estimate and plan submission.
+ Prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods.

Teamwork and Collaboration

: + Collaborate with technicians to ensure plan and estimate accuracy. + Demonstrate willingness to assist teammates when needed.
+ Maintain a positive attitude in team settings.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Collision Repair Estimator/Planner. Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and estimating software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
