Responsibilities:



Accurate ordering of parts as outlined by Repair Planners and Estimators Ensure parts required for repair arrive within specified timelines Receive, inspect, and mirror match parts for quality and accuracy in preparation for technician installation Coordinate and communicate with the body shop team on parts availability, arrival estimates, and delays Ensure parts are organized and stored in a safe manner and supports overall shop efficiency Connect with SGI salvage for claims checks on used parts Build and maintain positive relationships with various vendors to help secure the best product at the best price Accurate processing of invoices with their respective work orders Process returns and credits for damaged or incorrect parts Support overall body shop efficiency and safety

Requirements:



Previous experience in automotive parts and/or inventory management is preferred Proven talent to balance multiple competing priorities without missing a beat Strong time management skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Proven communications skills - written and verbal - to both understand and clearly convey messages Proficient use of computer software and CRM systems Ability to effectively resolve problems and maintain a strong attention to detail Thrive in a team-based work environment and motivated to assist the team where possible Must be able to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
