to join our team in the Halifax / Dartmouth area.

Annual Wage Range:

$46,500 - $66,500

Performance Bonus:

Up to $8,000 yearly

What You'll Do

As a Collision Estimator you will be the link between our customers, insurers, and the repair team--ensuring accurate estimates and smooth repair workflows:

Prepare and write detailed collision repair estimates. Deliver excellent customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions. Coordinate with insurance companies to facilitate claims and approvals. Work closely with the Collision team to manage workflow and quality of repairs. Maintain accurate records and general filing. Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Collision repair experience is an asset. Familiarity with estimating platforms such as Mitchell iCloud and/or Audatex. Comfortable using MS Office and Excel. Strong problem-solving skills and good decision-making ability. Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail.
