Summary

We are seeking an Auto Appraiser to join our dynamic team in St. Clair, Ontario. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing vehicle damage and determining repair costs, contributing to our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Evaluate vehicle damage and prepare detailed appraisal reports. Collaborate with technicians to determine necessary repairs. Communicate effectively with customers regarding appraisal findings. Maintain accurate records of appraisals and repairs. Provide excellent customer service throughout the appraisal process. Assist in training new staff on appraisal procedures. Stay updated on industry trends and repair techniques. Support sales efforts by providing accurate information on vehicle conditions.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an auto appraiser or similar role in the automotive industry.
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of technicians. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus. Sales experience is an asset.
