We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Center Manager to oversee operations at our automotive collision center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in automotive repair, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a hands-on approach, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently.

Duties

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Supervise and mentor staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance. Oversee scheduling of services and ensure timely completion of automotive repairs. Manage inventory levels of parts and tools, ensuring availability for all necessary repairs. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service center is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Automotive collision center experience is required , contributing to a deeper understanding of repair processes. Pay: $33.00-$40.00 per hour
