If you are actively looking for a new opportunity and want to continue building your career as a finance professional, apply today!Key responsibilities- Lead all billing and reporting activities according to deadlines- Act as mediator in maintaining quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries- Comply with all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulations- Ensure the processing of payments- Maintain and update customer files to sustain data integrity- Accurately process bankruptcy filings when received- Take care of inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence- Locate delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment- Record all customer payments to the correct reports- Customer service experience highly preferred- SAP experience- Microsoft Excel experience- AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills- 2-3 years of prior high volume collections experienceRobert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
