Job Description
Our client is seeking a Collections Analyst to join their team in a full-time capacity. This position supports the operations of the company by collecting past-due accounts in a manner that is courteous and professional. Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers on past-due accounts to collect payment.
- Maintain professional and detailed correspondence with stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate data entry to maintain running logs of correspondence and the status of accounts.
- Facilitate and document any payment arrangements with customers.
- Prepare files, respond to general inquiries.
- 2 + years experience in a similar role is required.
- Proficiency in French, as well as English, would be well-regarded.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Highly analytical, problem-solver who takes initiative.
- Full-time position.
- Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm.
