Bilingual Collections Analyst - 1-Year Contract (Potential for Permanent Hire)Location: Etobicoke (Burnhamthorpe/Hwy 427)
Salary: $33.00/hour - up to $35.00/hour for bilingual candidates
Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (3 days in office, 2 work from home)
Training: 1-month full in-office training

We are seeking a Collections Analyst to manage past-due accounts, handle bankruptcy matters, and collaborate with legal teams. This role offers a 1-year contract with the potential for permanent hire.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and resolve past-due accounts.Contact delinquent customers and escalate issues as needed.Work with bankruptcy attorneys and legal teams.Negotiate settlements or repossession.Collaborate with dealers to resolve past-due payments and sell repossessed units.Generate reports and assist with special projects.Qualifications:
3-5+ years of collections experience, ideally in commercial equipment or automotive sectors.Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).Knowledge of CCAA and bankruptcy processes.Experience with legal escalations and third-party agencies.Bilingual (French/English) is a plus.Personal Attributes:
