Responsibilities
- Outbound calls and some inbound calls (bilingual calls)
- Assist customers in maintaining their accounts during delinquencies
- Provide recommendations on how to keep their account current
- Problem solving skills to provide various payment options
- Create pleasant experience for the clients with personalized approach

Qualifications
-Call center, customer service, collections and consumer loans experience
-Strong communication skills
-Be 100% bilingual (ENG|FR)
-Be available Monday to Friday 9am-9pm & occasional Saturdays
