Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Network Attorney Recruiter to lead our efforts in recruiting, evaluating, and managing collaborations with external immigration attorneys and law firms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of immigration law, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for identifying top legal talent. This role is critical in ensuring that our collaborations maintain the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach to identify and recruit highly qualified immigration attorneys and law firms for collaboration.
Evaluate potential network attorneys based on multiple criteria, including their online reputation, experience with specific case types, support staff availability, firm longevity, and other relevant factors.
Review and negotiate collaboration agreements with selected attorneys and law firms.
Determine the specific types of cases each attorney will handle and set monthly case volumes based on their qualifications.
Monitor the performance of network attorneys to ensure they meet our standards, providing feedback and making adjustments to their caseload as necessary.
Maintain strong relationships with network attorneys, acting as the primary point of contact for all collaboration-related matters.
Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment and management strategies with the firm's overall goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum of [3] years of experience in a legal management, recruitment, or business development role.
Strong understanding of immigration law and the various types of cases that attorneys may handle.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to evaluate legal talent and build effective professional relationships.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with performance assessment and quality control in a legal setting.
Proficiency in using legal research tools and CRM software is a plus.
