Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers to promote products and services Engage in B2B sales conversations, effectively presenting solutions tailored to client needs Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate new leads and expand the customer base Support marketing campaigns through targeted calling strategies Maintain detailed records of interactions within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Negotiate terms and close sales opportunities, especially in technology and technical sales sectors Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Communicate clearly in English; bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus

Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales preferred Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is highly desirable Knowledge of marketing, technology sales, or technical sales is advantageous Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward business development
