Quality Vending is Manitoba's largest family owned and operated convenience services company that has been serving Winnipeg and the surrounding area for over 40 years. We operate vending, coffee, and micro market routes as well as an equipment service division.

Quality Vending is growing, and we're looking to add another full-time coffee route representative to our team. Work for a company that is growing, and provides a fantastic local, family feel working atmosphere.

The coffee route representative is a key aspect of the company, managing the stock and appearance of many delivery locations. The position involves driving a company van to and from customer locations within your territory, delivering coffee and other products, cleaning coffee machines, taking care of inventory and merchandising all while focusing on providing excellent service to our customers. The territory includes Winnipeg and a 1hr radius, highway driving comfortably is a necessity.

Our drivers enjoy a lot of independence and variety, and this is the perfect position for an active and energetic self-starter who likes to be on the go!

What we look for

Personable, self-motivated and customer-service focused Trainable and attentive Valid Class 5 driver's license Able to accommodate a work schedule reliably Handle cash in a responsible and accurate manner Solid verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to use a handheld computer (smartphone) Maintain cleanliness of all route related equipment and vehicle Team player with a resourceful, "can-do" attitude Physically capable of being on the go all day, every day. Heavy lifting is involved. Must be bondable
