Coding Tutor

At TutorShark, we're dedicated to helping students of all ages and backgrounds reach their academic goals. Our experienced tutors provide personalized, one-on-one support to boost confidence and foster a love for learning in an online setting. Whether it's math, science, language, or test preparation, we're here to empower students and help them excel.
Right now we are looking specifically for a coding tutor to support a student with ASD. You will be responsible for creating and developing a homeschool style tutoring program completely at your discretion. This is an entirely remote position.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- University/College students, graduates, or post-graduates
- Previous experience working with special needs
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience in the subject area

Job Overview
- Part-time, contract
- Hours per week vary depending on each students' needs and the tutor's availability
- Most tutoring sessions occur in the evenings & on weekends
- Preference for tutors who can commit long-term, particularly throughout the school year
