Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with coat and personal item check-in Manage the safe storage of guest belongings while maintaining organization and security Provide information about the venue, event schedule as needed Handle cash transactions accurately for coat check services when applicable Assist with guest inquiries and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the coat check area Collaborate with event staff to ensure seamless guest flow and satisfaction Support guest services by addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Experience

Strong public speaking skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests Proven customer service or guest services experience in hospitality or food service settings Familiarity with cash handling procedures Experience in food service or hospitality industries is preferred but not required Ability to remain professional, courteous, and attentive in a fast-paced environment
