Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Monitor guest flow and ensure compliance with venue policies.
Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise with professionalism.
Promote a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in events management or customer service roles.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy.
Experience in conflict management is a plus.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
