Job description

La Senza is looking for a Co-Manager to join our team in Vaughan, ON. This position is responsible for the overall management of the store and the financial success of the business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic plan to increase sales and profitability
Oversee operations and personnel to ensure quality customer service
Ensure that all products are merchandised appropriately and in accordance with company standards
Ensure that all products are stored properly and in accordance with company standards
Oversee inventory control and maintain a healthy supply of product
Oversee merchandising, pricing, and other aspects of the store to ensure success in the marketplace
Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to achieve company standards
Coordinate with management regarding employee issues
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding business operations

Required Skills:

Proven work experience as a Retail Manager, store manager, or similar role (2 years minimum)
Able to lead a team of associates
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills; ability to motivate and inspire team members to reach goals.
Excellent communication skills; ability to participate in cross-functional teams.
Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
