Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled CNC/3D Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machining processes and be proficient in operating CNC/3D Operator . This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality components. The CNC/3D Operator will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety standards.

Duties



Operate CNC/3D Operator to fabricate precision parts according to specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files to understand machining requirements. Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for machining processes. Set up tooling and fixtures on CNC machines, ensuring proper alignment and calibration. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Use hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers to verify dimensions of finished products. Assemble components as needed, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience



Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar machining role is preferred. Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks is advantageous. Understanding of basic machining principles and the ability to fabricate parts from raw materials. Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring equipment is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
