What You'll Do

Set up and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes to produce precision rail components. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. Program CNC machines using G-Code and HAAS controls. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues. Inspect finished products using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and CMM. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes. Drive efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

Diploma or certificate in CNC machining or related field. 2+ years of experience operating HAAS CNC machines. Proficiency in G-Code programming and HAAS control systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360) and ISO 9001 standards. Reliable transportation and flexibility for evening/night shifts.
