In this role, you'll work with precision, cutting-edge HAAS CNC machines, and collaborate with a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Set up and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes to produce rail components with exacting standards. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to meet machining requirements. Program CNC machines using G-Code and HAAS controls. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot to keep operations running smoothly. Inspect finished products using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and CMM. Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize processes. Drive efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

Diploma or certificate in CNC machining or related field. 2+ years of experience operating HAAS CNC machines. Proficiency in G-Code programming and HAAS control systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360) and ISO 9001 standards. Reliable transportation and flexibility for evening/night shifts.
