Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and programming, with proficiency in operating CNC lathes. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to read blueprints, ensuring precision and quality in all manufactured parts.

Responsibilities:

CNC Lathe Setup Machinist with

minimum 2 yearsexperience. Experience with machine set-up/modifying programs/programming (Fanuc control) G-code and M-code interpretation Custom job shop experience would be considered an asset Familiarity with Mastercam is essential. Good communication skills Someone who is highly motivated and a team player Machining parts from Steel, Tool Steel, Aluminum etc. Setup tooling and setup parts for first off Using micrometers and calipers to check machined parts Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively. Basic math skills for calculating dimensions and tolerances accurately.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
