We are seeking an experienced CNC Milling & Turning Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setup support, and process optimization for CNC milling and turning machines, ensuring high-quality production and efficient cycle times.

Key Responsibilities

Program CNC milling and turning machines using G-code and/or CAM software

Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications

Optimize machining processes for accuracy, efficiency, and tool life

Support machine setup, first-off inspection, and troubleshooting

Work with production and quality teams to meet delivery schedules

Maintain programming documentation and revision control

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in CNC milling & turning programming

Strong knowledge of G-code, tooling, feeds & speeds

Experience with CAM software (Mastercam preferred)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings & GD&T

Hands-on understanding of machining practices and tolerances

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multi-axis CNC machines

Background in automotive or industrial manufacturing

Setup and prove-out experience

Familiarity with ISO quality standards

Job Types: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4-12 months

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
