About the Role

We're seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist to turn technical drawings into precision parts. You'll program, set up, and machine components with tight tolerances while ensuring top quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Program and set up 3, 4, and 5-axis milling/turning machines using Mastercam

Develop efficient tool paths and machining strategies

Interpret drawings and GD&T for accurate setups

Machine parts from materials like stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium

Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMMs

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes

Document setups and maintain machines

Skills and Experience

Proven CNC programming and machining experience (multi-axis)

Proficient in Mastercam or similar CAM software

Turning milling experience

Experience with precision high complex part with high tolerance

Ability to use various measuring instruments

Experience working on different type of material

Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills

Supervisory experience an asset

Legally eligible to work in Canada
