CNC Programmer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mastercam CNC Programmer to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC milling machines to fabricate precision parts according to engineering specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint reading, and the ability to work with various CAD software. The CNC Programmer will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

Duties

Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations. Interpret and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Maintain accurate documentation of programming changes, setups, and production runs.

Requirements

Minimum 5 Years Experience

Proven experience in Mastercam CNC programming and machining operations. Proficiency in CAD , CAM software such as Mastercam, Catia, Fusion360 for part design and modification. Strong skills in blueprint reading and interpretation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$36.14 per hour

Expected hours: 44 - 55 per week
