Job Title: CNC Mill-turn Machinist / Programmer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MillTurn Machinist or TurnMill Multi-Axis Setup Operator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating mill-turn machines with multiple spindles and turrets, performing complex machining operations on various materials. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-axis machining, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate mill-turn machines with multiple spindles and turrets - Perform complex machining operations, including turning, milling, drilling, and tapping - Work with various materials, such as steel, aluminum, and copper - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD files - Conduct precision measurements and inspections - Troubleshoot issues and optimize machining processes - Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines - Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements

:

- 5+ years of experience as a Mill-turn Machinist or Turn Mill Multi-Axis Setup Operator - Experience with mill-turn machines, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting - Strong understanding of machining principles, materials, and safety protocols - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in machining or a related field is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
