Job Description

ClairiTech Innovations Inc, involved in the ventilation industry for over 35 years is a small-medium enterprise that designs, manufactures, and sells home ventilation products for residential markets. ClairiTech has a head office and facilities plant, both of which are located in Beaubassin-Est Rural Community (between Shediac and Cap
Pele) 30 km from the Greater Moncton area.

We are currently looking for a Strippit CNC metalworking machine operator to work in our metal workshop.

Job Title: CNC Metal Machine Operator

:

- Your duties will include loading light aluminium metal sheets into the
Strippit CNC machine and punching metal from pre-programmed jobs according to what is needed in production.

- You will also be cutting, shaping, and bending galvanized metal using various hydraulic press benders, training will be provided.

- The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined to work and maintain equipment for optimal performance with minimal supervision.

- The candidate could also be asked to help in production if the need arises.

- You may also be asked to perform the following tasks:

- Assemble machine components
- Preparing Sub-Assembly components to make machines
- Packaging of components
- Assembling fan components for production
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Skill Requirements:

- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must be able to be in a standing position for long periods of time
- Must be able to handle holding air tools for long periods (weight 10-15lbs)
- Must be able to lift heavy items (pertaining to packaging)
- Having a working knowledge of air tools would be an asset
- Must be able to complete tasks from the supervisor while ensuring the quality in your work
- Must be able to handle repetitive tasks
- Steel-toe boots are MANDATORY
- Must be able to work within a group (4-5 people)
- Being bilingual, forklift/ shipping and receiving experience, or any experience in
HVAC products would be an asset but not a necessity
- Weight Handling: Up to 22.5 kg (50 lbs.)
- Security and Safety: Bondable
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, -
Hand-eye co-ordination, Mechanically Inclined

Degrees and Experiences:

- Completion of high school would be an asset but not mandatory
- Bilingual would be an asset
