Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in the greater area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to deliver high-quality custom metal products, utilizing our CNC machinery to meet client specifications.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines for precision fabrication of hollow metal doors and frames. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce accurate components. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances. Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards. Assist in training new machinists on equipment operation and best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role. Proficiency in CNC programming and operation of CNC milling machines and lathes. Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T principles. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Basic mechanical knowledge with an ability to troubleshoot machinery issues. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
