We're looking for a

CNC Programmer/Machinist

who's confident programming with

Mastercam

, setting up, and proving out parts on both

vertical CNC machines with rotary tables

and

horizontal machining centers

. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative environment -- sometimes you'll be programming and passing work to others to run, and other times you'll be handling setups or assisting with prove-outs yourself.

Flexibility and teamwork are key in our shop. We offer flexible work hours to the right individual, but we also need someone who can adapt to changing priorities and communicate clearly to keep production running smoothly.

Minimum Requirements

Proficient in

Mastercam programming

Skilled at

setup and prove-out

on both vertical and horizontal CNC machines Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling practices

Extensive experience using precision measuring tools

(micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, etc.) Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specs

Able to clearly convey instructions and technical details

to others Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with

SOLIDWORKS

(for fixture or part design) Familiarity with

LightBurn

(for engraving or laser work) Experience with

CMM programming and operation

, particularly

PC-DMIS

Knowledge of

AS9100

quality systems Strong understanding of

GD&T

Experience with fixture design and process improvement
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$37.00 per hour
