Analyze technical documents to determine setup and specifications.
Start and monitor CNC machines, making adjustments as needed.
Prepare fixtures, tools, and materials for machining.
Detect and correct machine malfunctions and deviations.
Ensure finished parts meet dimensional and tolerance standards.
Implement changes to enhance machining efficiency.
Guide and train machine shop personnel.
Work various shifts, including overtime and weekends.
QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
CNC Machining or Precision Machining certification (e.g., NIMS).
3+ years with CNC Lathe, Mill, or Integrex.
Proficient in GD&T and applying algebra/geometry.
Experience with CNC control systems (e.g., FANUC, Siemens).
Strong blueprint reading and technical document interpretation skills.
Employment DetailsSalary: $33.00HR - $36.00HR
Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Permanent, Fulltime, Onsite
Schedule: 2:00PM AM to 10:00 Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break. Overtime and occasional weekend flexibility may be required.
