Position Summary

We are currently seeking a

Journeyman CNC Machinist

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate CNC mills & lathes Interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T requirements Select tooling and machining processes for each job Inspect parts and troubleshoot machining or quality issues Support apprentices and maintain a safe, organized work area

Qualifications & Requirements

Journeyman Machinist certification (Alberta or Red Seal preferred)

3+ years of CNC machining experience in a production or job-shop environment Strong understanding of machining principles, feeds, speeds, and materials Experience with CNC controls such as Haas, Fanuc, or similar Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Assets (Nice to Have)

CAM experience (Mastercam or similar) Manual machining experience Experience machining tight-tolerance or custom parts Leadership or mentoring experience
