Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with CNC programming, operating CNC lathes and milling machines, and reading blueprints. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment to produce high-quality components.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to manufacture parts according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documents. Program CNC machines using Fanuc controls and other programming languages. Conduct quality inspections of finished products using calipers and other measuring tools. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist. Proficiency in CNC programming and operation of CNC lathes and milling machines. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
