Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and fabrication, with the ability to operate CNC machinery effectively. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Utilize power tools and hand tools for machining tasks. Perform basic math calculations to ensure precision in measurements. Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Fabricate parts as per design requirements while adhering to quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery during production runs. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Skills

Proficient in operating milling machines and CNC equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems. Familiarity with SolidWorks for part design and modification. Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus. Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Welding experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 42 per week
