Here's what you'd do:
• The CNC Machine Setter is responsible for preparing CNC machines for operation by setting up tooling, fixtures, and parameters according to specific job requirements.
• This role ensures that CNC machines are correctly configured to produce high-quality parts and components as per design specifications, maintaining efficiency and accuracy in the production process.
• Install and adjust tools, fixtures, and machine settings based on production plans and technical drawings to set up CNC machines.
• Configure machine parameters such as speeds, feeds, and coolant flow to match the material and design requirements.
• Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure machines are set up correctly before production begins.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine the setup requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in CNC machine setup or a similar role.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
